Voting clarification

Just to make it absolutely clear, you can enter the voting area only once every 24 hour period.

There is a list of categories. Each category has a list of nominees. You vote for the nominee, who you want to win, in that particular category. That means you can vote for every category.

I think some voters are voting in ONE category every 24 hour period.
